Architectural Drafting and Planning
Youth apprentices develop the skills needed to read, edit, and create architectural drawings. In the second year, youth apprentices expand their skills in developing specific residential and/or commercial design pieces.
Length of the Apprenticeship: One or two years
Carpentry Fundamentals
Carpentry Fundamentals youth apprentices gain skills related to the use of construction safety, drawings and blueprints, materials, tools, and general worksite procedures. Apprentices must adhere to industry safety and security standards. (Students must complete OSHA 10 and First Aid Certifications)
Length of the Apprenticeship: One or two years
Electrical Fundamentals
Electrical Fundamentals youth apprentices gain skills related to the use of construction safety, drawings and blueprints, materials, tools, and electrical worksite procedures. Apprentices must adhere to industry safety and security standards.(Students must complete OSHA 10 and First Aid Certifications and Complete Safety and Professional Services Registration)

Masonry/Concrete Fundamentals
Masonry/Concrete Fundamentals youth apprentices gain skills related to the use of construction safety, drawings and blueprints, materials, tools, materials, and general worksite procedures related to the masonry and concrete fields. Apprentices must adhere to industry safety and security standards.(Students must complete OSHA 10 and First Aid Certifications)

Mechanical/HVAC Fundamentals
Mechanical/Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Fundamentals youth apprentices gain skills related to the use of construction safety, drawings and blueprints, materials, tools, and general worksite procedures. Apprentices must adhere to industry safety and security standards.(Students must complete OSHA 10 and First Aid Certifications)

Plumbing/Sprinkler Fitting Fundamentals
Plumber/Sprinkler Fitter youth apprentices gain skills related to the use of plumbing safety, drawings and blueprints, materials, tools, materials, and general worksite procedures. Apprentices must adhere to industry safety and security standards.(Students must complete OSHA 10 and First Aid Certifications)

Heavy Equipment Operator and Operating Engineer
Heavy Equipment Operators and Operating Engineer youth apprentices learn fundamental construction skills for commercial and residential developments, dams, roadways, etc. They learn blueprint reading, site layout, working safely, and the operation of tools and equipment.
Length of the Apprenticeship: One year
Gas Distribution Technician
Gas Distribution Technician youth apprentices assist and provide support in the installation, repair, and maintenance of the company’s natural gas distribution system.
Length of the Apprenticeship: One year
Utilities Field Technician
Utilities Field Technician youth apprentices perform routine service work and related duties on utility systems. Youth apprentices perform a wide variety of activities both at the worksite and in the field.
